I realize that globally speaking this phrase “Energy Crisis” leads to discourse regarding Nuclear Power, Wind Power, Solar Power and who could forget our Petroleum Issues. However, the Energy Crisis I am referring to, is a more basic, human energy crisis.
I have no shortage of friends who, like myself, feel overstressed, overtaxed, and overwhelmed by the demands of their lifestyle. We all know that there are some foundational steps that need to be made in order to keep up with life, Eating Right, Exercising, Getting Enough Sleep. Keeping a balance of Mental, Physical and Spiritual growth. All very lofty, and admirable goals. And a little idealistic.
So, for those who want to add some metaphysical insurance to their own personal energy crisis, today’s deal is for you. I don’t know how exactly these energy bands work, but then again I also don’t really know exactly how nuclear power works. Either way I do know that solving our own personal energy crisis is the first step in being able to have the gumption to tackle the rest of the world’s issues – From grocery shopping to global warming.
