Barefoot (but not Really)

There is a body of evidence that supports the concept that wearing shoes is actually damaging to the musculature of the foot. I am not just talking about the 6 inch stiletto’s (that would do me no harm since I would not even be able to take a step in them!). Rather it is the concept that all shoes restrict the foot and cause some unnatural movement, resulting in damage.

There is another body of evidence that supports the fact that walking around barefoot is not exactly on the mark, socially speaking. Today’s Deal is the perfect solution to the conundrum, as the folks at Barefoot Science have created inserts for your shoes that mimic being barefoot. The inserts help to realign and strengthen the muscles of the foot improving your stride, well, with each stride!
