Wasabi itself is a root, much like horseradish, but way more difficult to cultivate. You could try to grow it and grate it and mix it with special seasonings in order to have a scrumptious sushi dinner. OR you could take advantage of this great deal and go to the sushi restaurant in Maple Ridge, which bears the same name and enjoy a delicious sushi feast without waiting for the growing season. I know which option I am going with!
