Big Smoke Alehouse is West Coast BBQ with a community focus. We support local farmers, local breweries, local artisan bakeries, local butchers and local vineyards. When you come by to taste our delicious foods, whenever possible we use the products of local businesses such as Hopcott Meats, Hansel and Gretel Baking, Ridge Brewing, Golden Ears Cheesecrafters, Zena's Gluten Free...well you get the idea. We support local!
All our food is freshly made using top quality ingredients, smoked long and low with a blend of hickory and cherry wood and although they taste great on their own they are topped with house made spices and sauces that bring out the best in flavours, to please all carnivores. Also if you are vegetarian, there is a veggie burger and as well there are gluten free options!
