Love that Deal is an online service that features unbelievable Deals on the greatest things to see, do, eat, and enjoy in your community. The reason we can offer these unbeatable Deals is the power of collective buying.

♥ Do I have to gather a group of people together in order to get the Deal?

No, you don’t have to register a group of buyers, but by referring friends or family members you can get more people involved and ensure that the Deal can be made. Plus, these are such great Deals, the people you mention it to will be forever grateful, and most likely buy you a really great birthday present (through Love That Deal of course!)

♥ I want today’s great offer, what do I do?

Simply click on the heart that says “Buy” beside the price on the main page before time runs out. If enough people purchase the Deal before time runs out, we will charge your credit card and then send you a link to print your coupon.

♥ What if there are not enough buyers to make the Deal happen?

If there is an inadequate number of Deals purchased then the Deal will be cancelled and you will not be charged for the transaction.

♥ I bought a Deal today, do I have to rush out and use it right now?

Not at all. Most of the Deals will have expiration dates, but none of them will make it necessary for you to rush out the same day and use them.

♥ I bought a Deal, now how to I redeem it?

Once your credit card is charged we will email you a Voucher/Coupon so that you can print it. All the information you need to know will be on the coupon.

♥ I am a really good sharer, and a great friend. Can I buy a Deal and give it to someone else?

Yes, we love people who are great at sharing, so we made it easy to do! Just click on the gift box under the clock on the main page, and we can help you to spread the love! The coupon/voucher will still have your name on it, but you may give it away and the person will be forever grateful to you. There may be some Deals and Merchants who must put limits on their Deals, and if that is the case we will clearly tell you in the fine print section on the main page.

♥ If I only use part of the value of the coupon/voucher, can I use the rest of it another time?

No, the full value of the coupon/voucher must be redeemed all at once, and there is no cash back, or credits given for unused portions.

♥ Can I combine other coupons, offers or specials?

No, the Deal you purchase is a stand alone offer, unless otherwise and specifically stated.

♥ Can I return a Deal?

♥ What if I forget to use it before the expiry date?

Any restrictions, including the expiration date, will be stated on the voucher. The expiration date is binding unless prohibited by law.

♥ What if the business closes down before I get to use my Coupon/Voucher?

If anything happens to the business in the first 30 days from when the coupon was issued, we will ensure that you get a credit to your Love That Deal account. You will need to contact us at support@lovethatdeal.ca to get your credit issued.

♥ Do I need to bring ID to redeem my voucher?

Yes, an ID is required as the merchant will track who has used the voucher in order to prevent fraud. If it is a gift then the person using the voucher should bring ID as it will be recorded to ensure proper redemption.

♥ Will you ever remove comments from the discussion or chat section?

We reserve the right to remove comments which we consider to be derogatory or harassment toward an individual or group. As well, we don’t allow for spamming, trolling or other insidious annoying behaviour.

♥ I am not getting email from you, but really want to. How do I get it?

To sign up for the emails, please go to the home page and subscribe in the top right corner. If you have subscribed and the mail is not coming to you, please make sure you have added us to your contacts and or safe list or else we may end up in your Spam folder. Add to get the emails, and make sure to add noreply@lovethatdeal.ca in order to get the coupons/vouchers.

♥ I have referred a friend and they have made their first purchase. What about my referral credit?

If your friend subscribes and makes a purchase, a credit for $5.00 will be placed in your account.

♥ I was referred by more than one person. Do they all get a credit?

Only one person will get a credit for a person who signs up and makes a purchase.

♥ How many people can I refer?

You can refer as many people as you like. The more the merrier, and besides, sharing is good.

  6. Our email address will be automatically entered into your Yahoo! Address Book.

Microsoft Outlook® Users:

  1. If you are not in the Junk Email folder, switch to that folder.
  2. Right-click any messages that you want marked as not junk.
  3. On the shortcut menu, point to ‘Junk Email’, and then click ‘Mark as Not Junk’.
  4. You are prompted to add the sender to your Safe Senders list. Once you do this, you should get emails from LoveThatDeal.ca in your inbox.
