Lou Pasteur must have known that his discovery regarding processing foods, like say milk, wine and beer would affect generations to come.
It makes me wonder if Fred Stanley knew what he was contributing to the future of Canada and the world when he contributed his 7 inch trophy to the sporting world? Well, even if he didn’t know what his gift was going to evolve into (36 inches of sought after glory), he too managed to change the world.
