Okay, at least we waited until November to bring up the holiday season, unlike some of those big box stores who have had their Christmas wrap out since the end of August. I mean, really? At that point we are still trying to savour the last vestiges of summer by trying to memorize the feel of the warm sun on our necks, or the feeling of the sand between our toes. So who wants to think about Rudolph and his problems in September? (Don’t worry Rudolph, the anti-bullying program will soon be in effect at the North Pole too!)
Anyway, the point is, NOW is the time to start getting organized for the holidays. If you keep up a steady pace of getting through things on your seasonal to do list, you can actually enjoy the holiday concept of festively hosting dinner soirees, and baking bees.
So today’s deal is an opportunity to get a head start on the holiday tradition of sending out greeting cards to family and friends to let them know you still care, since you haven’t had 2 minutes to tell them that since last Christmas. The photo card is a great way keep in touch and you can order them, address them, stamp them, and have them ready to go before you start to feel overwhelmed by the rest of your holiday pressures.
